If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate that maternal figure in your life, Executive Chef Peter Conistis will be serving up a magnificent Mother’s Day menu at Ploós on the sparkling Sydney harbour foreshore!

With Mother’s Day falling on a Sunday every year it’s the perfect occasion to take mum out for a lovely long lunch – aka the fail-safe gift!

Widely regarded as the pioneer of Grecian cuisine in Australia, Conistis’ multi course Mother’s Day menu will celebrate Peter’s Greek heritage, his love of regional Mediterranean flavours, expertise in sourcing local produce and most importantly his mother Eleni, whom influenced his culinary journey from an early age.

“Mum has been my biggest inspiration and my biggest fan – she’s been on this culinary journey with me every step of the way. Some of my fondest memories have been in the kitchen, watching her cook and learning from her. Mum cooks intuitively and cooks with love – if she’s cooking for you, you know it comes from the heart. It’s the same when I cook for her.” Chef Peter.
