VIVID Sydney returns this weekend, and what better place to admire the show than from the heated Ploós' terrace.

To celebrate this iconic Sydney festival, Chef Peter Conistis has devised a delicious $70 Mezze Menu with the option of a cheeky $5 Ouzo addition, should the chilly night call for it.

Getting in the VIVID spirit, our talented bartenders have invented two luminous cocktails that mimic the bright lights and will send your taste buds into a spin.

PLOÓS ROYALE
Ketel One Vodka, St Germain elderflower liqueur and blue curacao

MEDITERRANEAN BLUSH
Pink gin, Chambord, house spice syrup and fresh lime

Please note, the $70 Mezze special is only available from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, so be sure to get in quick to sample this delicious menu.
